Well, here's one thing. When I went to the page, I couldn't find the media and think it's because of this error:

Code:
# Exception: TypeError
# Message : Value undefined (result of expression IWAllImages.hasOwnProperty) is not object.
# File : iWebImage.js, Line:18
If that's not it, I'd put a download link on the page for first-time viewers along with the RSS which (much to my chagrin) not all people use.

Paul

You podcast is excellent. Great work! I have a few suggestions. These suggestions are not "the best way to do it" - these are just suggestions. You do what meets the need of your ministry.

Are you using iweb for this?
iweb has a problem of messing up the links. You might want to try a podcast hosting service like www.switchpod.com . It's cheap and completely itunes compatible. They are good at podcasting - that's all they do. They will also embed the meta (extra) info in the podcast so when it downloads into itunes - people will know where it came from.

As far as the video goes, you might want to try a different compression scheme. The video is fairly large (222 MB) That's going to be a problem for some users to download. Try encoding at a lower bitrate like about 350kbps.
Also, make sure that you are using the ipod recommended sizes. They are here:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/store/po...ormattingvideo

You might want to add a title to the beginning in end. Think of a 10-15 second sequence at the beginning of each video with fun music that says "This it the weekly sermon from Evangel Church in Scotch Plains New Jersey. We would love to have you come visit us, for more information about the church please visit our website at... blah blah."
Also end the video with another message that give the church's web address and phone number.

Think about adding the titles and graphics in post - rather than live.
Adding full quality images and text in post production (in your video editing) will yield better quality results.

Are you using imag? If not - try recording in widescren. It is easier to follow a roving speaker and you can usually get tighter shots.

Check our our podcast here www.dts.edu/chapel - the summer series is not our normal gig. Look earlier in the year to see our multicam version. The video on the web has commercials for different departments and events. The podcast download is the same video - without commercials and with our branded bumper. (beginning video to explain who we are and what you are watching)
