Error 400 in iTunes on Mac OS X

I have users reporting that our podcast doesn't work on their Macs. All of the users have the latest version of iTunes and have OS X 10.5. The podcast works perfectly on 10.4 and Windows. The files also play fine if I enter the address in a browser, but not in iTunes.

Does anybody know the solution to this?

I actually fixed it. We used spaces in the names of the MP3s, so I put an underscore in the area with the space, and everything worked fine.

I am using the latest version of itunes and have updated software on my mac, but I am not able to download the BYU Kennedy Center lectures. I continually get the err=400 message. What can be done?
