| Recommended Rez for Full Screen Projection? I just started doing the video presentations at my new church, and I see the supplied backgrounds in Presentation Manager are either 1024x768 or 1280x1024. When I scale pix from my camera in GIMP, I can change width/height, X rez/Y rez, and type of Interpolation (None, Linear, Cubic, and Sinc). What are your recommended settings for images to serve as backgrounds on 8'x6' (guesstimate) screens? Lane   |

| Yup. Go with the native resolution of your projector for everything you send to it. |

| If not, use the biggest resolution of the projectors if they are audience seen screens. If it is the confidence monitor projector, it's not as big a deal. Most worship software will allow you to scale the image (stretch, zoom, etc.) I know Easyworship will resize the image by itself (even if it is 3000px+ image or video, it will just take a tad longer to cue it up). The only issue is if you are not natively running a widescreen 16:9 or 16:10 setup and you have issues with letterboxing when media is displayed. |
