I saw a couple things that could have been photoshopped but some of the more extreme items are plausible.

1. Ship running into the dock - I think that was photoshopped. It's possible but the ship would have to be going faster than the normal speed for docking into the port.

2. Multiple waterskiiers - I think this was photoshopped. The concept is real, I just don't think that they did it with that many people at the same time skiiing that close together.

3. Truck and the plane - I think the truck hit the plane even though it could look as if the plane hit the truck.

4. Portapotty on the cliff - I think that it's trick photography and the camera isn't letting you see the solid ground that is right below the bottom edge of the pic. I would say that everything in that shot is real, but some of the more identifying bearings have been cropped out of the shot.

5. Swat Guy - Again, I think that this is real but the cropping is probably giving us a mental illusion.

6. Kitten in the PC - My buddy's cat liked to hide under the fridge beside the compressor.

7. Karate chopping the beer bottles - Yeah. I have seen stranger things that were real.

8. Buildings on the side of the mountain - With land being in short supply in Japan, I wouldn't doubt the authenticity. I am just willing to beleive that they are less than 10 feet off of level ground.

9. Cell phone in the ear lobe - Very common in the piercing/tattooing/body mutilation subculture to stretch out the hole and to put strange things in it.

10. Horse drawn car carriage - Maybe its photoshopped. I just don't know if you can really see where you are going by being eye-level with the horse's tail.

11. Tiger under water - Yeah. Tigers don't mind the water.

12. Motorcycle stunt - Definately photoshopped. He still has the handlebar in his hand.

13. Train Waiters - Either this is a calculated stunt or the train is standing still and someone photoshopped the blur on the ground.

14. Submarine or whatever the heck that thing is - Ummm.. I'll take their word for it.. whatever is supposedly going on there.

15. Tank running over the car - No need to discuss.

16. Squirrel taking the nut from a human's hand - At college the squirrels were very acustomed to human contact.

17. Monkey grooming the ram - I dunno.

18. Wheel and axle sliding out - Yeah, it can happen to anyone.

19. Driving away from an eruption. - 100% Pshop! I have never been near a volcano but I would have to say that the photographer would not have been able to get that close survive and tell about it.

20. Man sitting on the edge - I doubt that he is as high as it would appear.

21. Submarine - I doubt that you could stand on the fin like that in the middle of the ocean without falling.

There's a show on Discovery channel about volcanoes that makes me think that could be real.

The horse drawing the half a car- having driven a horse from a harness racing sulky, yes it's possible to see and probably more comfortable.....It's when the horse lifts his tail you have to watch out.....

I've seen many of these pictures elsewhere before... and I think they are all real.
2. Multiple waterskiers... apparently the world record behind one boat is 100 and in Tasmania last month they tried to beat it with 121 skiers but the boom broke.
8. Buildings on the side of a mountain. I saw a National Geographic show where they showed buildings 200ft up a cliff. ropes had to be dropped to climb up.
10. Horse drawn car. There are loads of pics online from former soviet states just like this one... and worse! Same as for the car with the wheel sticking out the side... it's not falling off... the owner has attached it on the end of a tube. I've even seen pics of trucks driving down the road with one front wheel missing! CRAZY!
13. Train waiters. I think this pic may even be from National Geographic magazine. I've certainly seen it before. I've also seen far far worse from India!
19. Eruption. I've seen a series of photos that go with this one and I'm sure its real. The photographer is in a vehicle in front of the one shown. (actually Mt Pinatubo in the Philippines)

And if he was smart he probably used a big zoom lense on his camera

I'd say the first image of the ship ramming the pier is photoshopped - looking at the level of the water in the foreground and the level of the pier
