We use our secured website as a repository. Anyone on the team can go view or download the sheets which are in a variety of formats, Word, text or pdf. That way each member is responsible for their own stuff and nobody has to maintain a giant file of used songs.

We use planning center online. Since it's all online, it's always up-to-date with no having to upload. You can also set it to automatically create capo charts from the originals. I don't know what I'd do without it!

I use opensong.org. I just ignore the presentation part of the program. I'm not sure what happened with their last few upgrades though. It doesn't print right for me so I am using an older version. If I had the cash I would use an ipad and onsong or some app like that.
