software convert video2flash on Mac!

I found useful tool ....
Macvide VideoFlash Converter is converter for creating Flash SWF and FLV files from various digital video formats running on Mac. It converts most of popular video formats to flv or swf files. It supports video files such as, AVI, WMV, MOV, MPG, ASF, DivX, etc....

On2 Technologies has a great export from Final Cut app called Flix. I use it all the time and have been absolutely amazed with the quality and quickness of the program. You do have to pay for it, but man, what a great product!
