CD Label Printing

I am looking for a good CD Label printer. Unfortunately I need it to be the sticker type. A major CD/DVD maker donated a large number of blank CDs (not printable) that we need to go through before I invest in a thermal or inkjet printer.

Right now we get 5 - 10 request for CDs and I use a sharpie to label them. With my writing it looks a little tacky.

Also a recomendation on quality labels that won't easily peel would be helpful as well.
