| What to do if we decide to take on this project. Quote:
They have all the equipment and I have the camera so taking the photos isn't really an issue. My major hang up right now is how you keep up with all the peoples names and link them to the correct photo then get all those into a printable form. What did you do to keep up with that? With 700 members there are faces I can't put with names. Please if anyone else has any suggestions I'd live to here from you. I would also like to see your PDF. Thank You |

| Since you said you were using a Mac, you should take a look at Bento. Lighter version of FileMaker Pro which is a database program. You should be able to set up Bento with all of the congregational members, snap a photo to associate and then setup output pages to print. Once you have the entire set printed to pdf you should be able to get any print house to take care of the physical copies. FileMaker is an awesome tool for this kind of stuff but is quite pricey. You can download a trial of Bento and if you feel you could make it work it isn't particularly pricey. Good luck. |
