Capturing more than one signal

Does anyone know if there is a software that will capture more than one video signal at once. I was looking at getting an osprey card that has 4 BNC connections, but I didn't know of a software that would work with it.

Thanks again!!!

Here's how I do it.
Hardware:
MacPro, 15" flat panel iMac, 15" powerbook, G4 dual 450, gigabit switch.
Software:
Final Cut Pro.
The MacPro is set up as a server to which the other three machines are attached via gigabit ethernet and the switch.
The three machines run FCP with the device settings set to Non Controllable and the Scratch Disk set as a volume on the MacPro server.
When I'm done, all my media is on the MacPro, drag an drop the files into a new FCP project and edit away.

I'll post a graphic later.
Same thing should be able to be done with a group of windows boxes too.
