Burning Loopable DVDs - Problems with Premiere Pro

Hi

Trying to burn a loopable DVD from Premiere Pro 1... I'm doing everything correct, but it freezes a quarter of the way through. The DVD burner works fine with other programs, tried reinstalling Premiere, closing everything else, shutdown, etc.

Google doesn't really shed any light on solutions.

Does anyone know of a program (preferably free) to burn a loopable DVD?

I realize I can just set the DVD player to loopable.

You probably need to look at using Adobe Encore or some other "easy to use" DVD authoring program. There was one on Download.com (I cant remember the name) but basically there was a function in there where the DVD would automatically replay once it reached the end.
