Muddy River Media (muddyrivermedia.com) has a small library, but they are free for download.

The short and sweet answer is youtube. I have seen there a no. of those. Go check it out.

Legal issues ensue with YouTube and you need to be careful if you are going to lead with integrity. A place that I have joined a few months ago is http://vimeo.com/groups/christianmedia which showcase a lot of media that the bigger churches are letting go of for download. They are uploaded with the intent that they don't expect money for them (if they do, they will point you to their website) and they are created by the uploader(s).
