Facility and Resource Management Solution

We are looking for a new facility and resource scheduling solution. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have Windows Exchange running on your network server, you can use it - treat the different facility rooms/equipt as unique users.

Beyond that - I'm looking for one, too. There's no Exchange here.

I think we pay close to 500 a month with around 80 users and 150+ rooms.
