Calendar

Each year i do a calendar for our church. I put birthdays and anniversary's on them. Does anyone know of an excel template that maybe runs off a database or that will automatically update to the next year but keep the names on the dates. I don't mind paying. Looking to do it one more time and never have to cut and paste 12 months again.

thanks.

Michael

I just discovered Mozilla Sunbird. Not sure if you're using it for a website or for print but I use it for print. You can enter repeating events so birthdays will automatically show up on that same day the next year, year after, etc. Also Google Calendar is good for online usage. Not great for printing though.

if that's all you need, note that lightning is the Thunderbird plugin version of Sunbird....great if you already use Thunderbird (which I highly recommend for home use, by the way).

Thanks everyone,I paid $10 and downloaded an Excel file that is cool and does what I need but I cant find out how to change the font sizes. I then found a word template that gets it's information form Outlook. So I am in the process of putting everything in outlook then it's click a button and it builds the calendar in Word. Pretty sweet.

Thanks
michael
