I once spent 4 hours freaking out because a query wouldn't work in my database app. As it turned out, wasn't actually passing the SQL Statement to the SqlCommand object. And don't get me started for looking for missing semicolons in college

It has been a couple of weeks and my project is rolling along well. Thanks for the help you gave - it really gave me a spring board to make this happen. I am now learning the powerpoint document object model so as to build a slide with properly placed and dynamically built text boxes and shapes. Now I just need to get a hold of a non-trial copy of vs2008
