Directional or Omni headworn mic?

About to pull the trigger on a couple of headworn mics form Microphone Madness, but wanted to get an idea if it would be better to get the directional mics or stick with omni's. Feedback isn't much of an issue (no problems with the omni lapel we've been using anyway), and I'm assuming that it should be less so with the headworn mic being closer in proximity.

Someone give me a sanity check, please!

Definitely omni if feedback is not a big issue.
Omni will have less handling (rubbing?) noise.
Omni is much more forgiving on placement.
Generally, an omni will sound better too, compared to a directional.

Request extra stiff ear loops - the standard ones are very wimpy. Good sounding mics.
