After some exploring, I realised that you can duplicate the left or right audio track in PE4.
The function can be found under Audio Effects. Fill Left or Fill Right. You can also add compression to the audio track under Dynamics.
I've been too used to Adobe Premiere Pro where you could just copy and paste the left or right track.

Over one of our holidays, there was a gospel workshop which I had to record. There was no computer, so I brought up the HP Laptop we sometimes use for projection. There was just one problem, the built in sound card quit working. No worries, I'm prepared with a usb sound card I can plug in. So I fire up the laptop and the usb sound card, it detects the sound card, Audacity recognises the sound card and we are good to go. But halfway through the recording I notice a low level buzz. Yesterday was our church elections and one of our team had setup one wired lavalier for our senior pastor and one wireless handheld for the translator. I turned off the main breaker power and spent
about an hour to swap a working switch, bent under a crawl space in an awkward position, only able to use my left hand to replace the switch. I was perspiring at the end but...

Was helping setup a DVD video show at a friends church. The first problem was that the composite video cabling to the projector was bad. Unknown type of cabling, with video and stereo audio using the same cable. The picture was bad with ghosting and skewing. Even the VGA cabling for laptop projection was bad.
So we tried the portable projector. Using a S-video cable from the dvd player to the Sony portable projector. The picture looked good

Another reason I don't like Intel Graphics (they should stick to processors). :)
