Hi Shaun! I have two Sanyo PLC-WTC500L projectors that I currently control using Hyperterminal. I looked through a thread where you created a GUI for sending the commands to the projectors . . . the download links aren't available. I wondered if you could kindly send the program to me...and wondered if it would work with Windows 7?

HI I wanted to ask you about the program you wrote for controlling a projector. I am trying to write a C# app to do this but can't find how to convert the string for the commands. Are you converting to hex? If so could you send me an example of what your doing? I would appreciate any help you could give.

I was wondering if you could help me? I working on a projector control program and have seen you program. I was wondering how you stored you control codes for each projector, and if I could copy them? I vaugely rember (but could be wrong) that you said you were using xml? I was thinking of using xml, maybe we could create a library of downloadable xml files, so people could download the correct ones for their projectors, something that would work across multiple projector control systems?

I have not spoken with them, but on their site the projector has been discontinued and the accessories are no longer available. I need to call them.

Sorry it took so long to get back with you. Yes I have looked at you guide. The projectors require a 6 pin plug. When they made up the cables they were not wired like the pinout diagram. The digram calls for the #5 wire to be connected to the 1 & 2 on the 6 pin. in ( ) it says shell.Does it have to be grounded to the outside ring on the plug? I know my next 2 Saturdays are busy. That would be great. This morning I had time to come out and look at the cables. They have them wired wrong. I am going to try to fix them. I hope that will fix it. If not, when would be a good time for you? I drive a truck, so I'm usually not home during the week. I'm in Ga in the eastern time zone.

Yes they are hooked up with the cables Church Multimedia supplied. (hope they are right). I have played with hyperterminal a little. Above my head.
