Our rep is a former employee of our company and has taken our issues to the engineers at BOSCH. We got nothin'. They would not replace our units. They basically told us that they didn't know what causes those problems and this was the first time they had heard of it. Smelled like a Harman reaction to me. It won't do you any good. The best thing to do is quit ordering that product. That might get their attention for a minute.
Any chance you'd be willing or able to pony up what company you work for or at least the region you are in?? We're obviously trying to call "shennanigans" with Bosch to be honest about it. We're not talking lawsuits or anything like that, more a matter of getting them to stop trying to convince us we're crazy. We have actually spent a fair amouont of time in self doubt that maybe we are not as sharp as we think we are.
