Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you on this. I am right in the middle of a major theatrical production at our church.

I have not used it for a live console. I have used it for a recording desk, but it has been almost 5 years since I did that. To be honest I don't remember much about how it functioned, other than it was serving it's purpose as a recording desk. Sorry I could not be more help at this time.

If you are still looking in about a month, give me a shout again and I will do some research on it and give you a better answer.

I will say that for a live desk, the LS9 has a lot of great features for the money.
