Looking to buy some background slides

Where are some good places to buy some good quality background slides for mediashout?

I'm looking for some good contemporary dark backgrounds as well as some video loops to go behind the music lyrics.

Any good suggestions?

I've browsed some of the background images here, and honestly haven't been able to find much of what I'm looking for. It might be there somewhere, but with 20,000 files there's a lot of stuff to sort through to find something acceptable. The search features help a bit, don't really solve the issue.

Honestly I'd just assume have a few really good options than have to sort through 100's of images that don't fit my needs. If you think there's something I'm missing with the website though, I'm all ears.

Part of my problem is finding examples of what I want, which I know makes it very difficult for you to give me advice.

Here's something along the lines I'm looking for
studioartstart.com/ArtDetails.aspx?AID=36

It's kindof a darkish abstract image which is along the right lines. In my mind I'm thinking of more photography than art for something ideal. Abstract sort of photography, like closeups and that sort of thing.

Here are a couple other things that are in the same vein

Check out Worship Textures from Midnight Oil Productions. It's currently on sale for $25

Or you may just want the Bokeh or Abstracts subsets.

Interesting find. We're definitely getting closer. I've definitely had some bokeh effects in mind. And actually many of the other textures are similar to something I used for a teen rally recently. I'd suggest an even better source would be cgtextures.com which lets you download up to 15 mb per day for free and has LOTS of those sorts of rock, concrete, stone closeup photos. I do architectural renderings for a living and use the website quite often for my work.

What I have in mind is actually something I'd seen at a previous church I went to. I've emailed them to see if they create the images themselves or if they have a source. So more specifically, I recall some images that would be kindof abstract images with a stained glass window, or a photo of a statue of Jesus. There are lots of those out there, but the difference was that these seemed to be highly photoshopped so that the colors were less saturated and the images were darker. I'm pretty good at photoshop and have tried just altering some images but haven't quite nailed the effect yet.
