Need to outsource motion graphic work

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to post, so I'm open to being corrected...

I'm looking for a company or person to outsource some motion graphic work to. I'd love to take the time to learn the tools to create what we need, but I just don't have the time and, more importantly, the creativity.

Is there someone anyone here uses? What is a typical cost? I don't have a specific idea to throw out, but things like motion lyrics to song tracks, sitcom type introduction to our children's theatre cast, segment transitions, etc. This is for our children's ministry so I'll be looking for cool, fast-paced kinda stuff.

That's good stuff. It seems that most of it is video based, so I want to be sure I conveyed the right idea of what we need. We do Kidstuf. Some of you may be familar with the idea. It's a really high energy environment that uses great music, humor and skits to get the ideas across. It's split into segments and we'd like graphics to introduce those segments. One would be a main title, like the intro to a sitcom with pictures of the cast. Another would be an intro to what we call "Charlene Time". Like a game show introduction. Here are some examples:

Totally following you and what you're after... did a bunch of song versions for my previous church that were in pieces that could be rearranged in MediaShout depending on how they were singing the song that week. I'll see if I can dig up a few and post for a look see!
