Hey guys,
We have two TT24's linked together for our FOH sound. Lately, when the channel meters hit 12-2 o'clock on the V-pots, the audio will cut out. The audio will resume after the meter comes under that mark. This happens when 5 or more channels are hitting the 12-2 o'clock mark. When the audio cuts out, the master meters seem to freeze and if a computer is hooked up to the board, it will lose connection with the board so it seems as if the board just stops everything when this happens.
Also, if you push the HPF button, the audio cuts out until you hit one of the other v-pot options. I read that this is possibly due to a faulty power supply because hitting HPF requires a lot of power to illuminate the v-pots. Would the power supply also be the reason for the audio cut out/meter freeze/lost connection with the computer??
I updated the firmware to build 110 but that didn't solve the problem. I read that maybe the power connectors inside the board could be the problem, but I don't feel comfortable opening up the console and sticking a soldering iron in there

I wouldn't even know what to look for.
Any guidance is appreciated! Thanks.
