IMAG to Broadcast

New to this forum, but in Church Video Production for 20+ years.

I recently joined a Church that has done ONLY IMAG for 10+ years for Worship. I hope to be able to help them move to Broadcast (local or national perhaps?) while retaining IMAG capabilities. New HD Production room to be built in coming months.

I've been a Team Leader who has started from ground up (0 gear) and also joined well established teams also.

For my first post here, I'd like to ask for organizational and style input from others who have helped teams move from IMAG to Broadcast before.

Future posts may focus on Technology, but first things first.
