Order of Worship / Cue sheets

Would any of you be willing to share your Order of Worship / cue sheets . We are trying to find a format that works the best for our facility and it seems that you all have a lot of experience in this area. I would graciously accept all input ! either post here or can provide my email for sending.

We have been using Planning Center Online for quite some time now. Very nice way of planning services and keeping track of volunteers.

The worship leader gives me a simplified order of service, I think convert it to a light cue sheet that basically has three columns. 1st column is what light cue "look" we should be in. We have 8 basic settings (House, Countdown, Band, Band + Spot, Scripture, Sermon, Offering, Children's Sermon). The 2nd column is the "section" of the service we are in (i.e. Congressional songs, Announcements, Scripture Readings, etc.) The 3rd column is notes like song titles or name(s) of the person(s) slated to be responsible for that part of the service.

We use MediaShout for video projection, so it sort of has the order of service built in and there are section titles and comments inserted to identify people and activities.

Here is a sample of what we use. I will get a "flow of service" from the pastor. This fills in the basic outline. The director for Sunday comes in Saturday and does pre-service prep. That's when we produce the cue sheet that goes to each member of the team for that service.

The cue sheet provides a basic rundown for the director, audio, camera, graphics and lighting. We pray together and go over it prior to service.

We started using PlanningCenterOnline.com, about 2 years ago. It has dramatically improved our communication, and service planning. We also use the "Live" feature during all of our services to keep everyone on the same page. PCO has proven itself worth every penny.

I became the soundman at the church I just joined at the same time our new youth/music pastor came on staff. He completely rebuilt the existing method of ordering the service. We use Planning Center Online. For the order of service and scheduling the special music and who's in the soundbooth. It works great if you can get people to respond to the email.
