| Leadership Books I have been volunteering at my church in the tech ministries for the past 4 years, and have now been added onto staff at my church. I'm currently completing my final year at college for Broadcasting: Radio, Television and Film, majoring in Television Production. I have been working in my new job as Director of New Media for about 2 months now, and was wondering if anyone had come across any good leadership books that especially helped them in the tech leadership department? |

| Good Places to Start There are lots of great books out there on the topic of Church Leadership. I am currently working my way through The Gospel Coalitions Top 9 Recommended reads. If you go to TheGospelCoalition.com, you should be able to find it in their book review section. I am not aware of anyone who has written a book specifically about running a Church Technical or Media team. I would however suggest reading Tim Challies: The Next Story or John Dyer: From the Garden to the City. As Media ministers and leaders we are called to lead our teams not just in technical excellence, but maintain a theological integrity in doing it. Both of these books are essential guides in doing so. I hope this helps. SK |
