Fat Frog Questions

Hi All:

I have fat frog console with conventional fixtures and 2 Mac 250 wash units. I am looking for some info on the best way to program some movement effects. The frog manual is not that great when it comes to this.

I would like to create a movement where the lights move up into the trusses and sweep the audience. I would also like this to repeat. Perhaps even move up with the lamp lit, then cycle back down with blackout and repeat.

Is there a web resource or user written FAQ that can help? I dont feel I am getting the most out of the Martins. Zero 88s forum has limited info.
