Cross Robe 575AT Issue

Have 2 Robe575AT's that I can manually control at the light head but am unable to control from board ( LP X-48 ) These were working fine yesterday. Any thoughts? DMX address issue? Thanks Dave

If they recognize that they are receiving DMX, then first thought is DMX address issue. If not then it would be some sort of distribution issue.

I'll throw this out there just because, but do you have a DMX terminator at the end of the line?

Have any cables been changed?

Have you cycled and unplugged the board (and the lights for that matter). They'll have circuit protection (obviously in the Mains coming in but also on the internal electronics) and if they use a standard Polyswitch type circuit protection a fault could require a complete reset before the polyswitch will reset.

Les Thanks Yes done all that and pulled the light and plugged into regular electric and it comes on and functions fine at the light controls. I still beleive it is an address issue for some reason. Thanks again

Yeah, if your DMX signal is good and the light functions fine on manual control then it is either an address, personality, or DMX input (on the light) problem.
