Needing to add IMAG to existing system

This is my first post and I hope someone can help. Sr. Pastor is wanting to give our seniors, who mostly sit in the back of a 125-150 ft sanctuary in length, a better view of what is occuring on the platform.

Current setup:
  • 2 - Canon XL2 cameras connected to a
  • Focus Enhancements MX-4DV switcher via firewire (cams are about 10 and 30 ft from switcher
  • Switcher connects to streaming computer for webcasting via firewire and projector computer via composite (which has latency issues).
  • SongShowPlus displays our lyrics and videos via VGA through amplifier to 3 projectors (2 front/1 rear for platform)

Initially the thought of placing a 3rd video screen up front to display the live video feed only was brought up. However, I believe this will crowd up the front of the sanctuary. My initial preference would be to place the live feed to the existing projectors and place the SongShowPlus lyrics in the lower thirds.

Thoughts? Also, what additional items do I need to make IMAG a reality. Trying to keep under $10k. Have started research on the Tricaster. Looks impressive.

We have a Back2School Rally tonight. I'll try to take a pic of the sanctuary so you can get a better feel for the layout of the sanctuary. Thanks all!
