Working w/ fonts between Mac and PC

I have a couple designers (including myself) that work strictly on mac. However, my motion graphics and video people work on PC. Is there a way to take the logos/graphics we create with mac font files and make them usable for PC? I don't want to be purchasing fonts twice (mac and PC versions).

What our logo designer did was make a large version of the logo and rasterize the text layers, so we could shrink it to whatever size we needed.

If you use Adobe Creative Suite, you can convert them to work paths or better yet, smart objects
