Some Rules!

I realize that we're all happy about this forum, but I'm worried that some have forgotten some of the rules:

1. No platform wars. This means we don't use the board as an opportunity to say how great Macs (or PC's) are. With some exceptions, most people use the platform they prefer, so you don't need to say something to that effect.

2. Let's not disparage software. It's okay to say, "I've had problems with...", but saying, "so and so company is childish and shouldn't do thus and so" is out of bounds.

3. Remember Matthew 18. If you have a problem with anyone; PM them and ask them about it (and believe their word). If that doesn't work ask one of the others to go along with you (or cc them). If that doesn't work, contact the mods or Tim.

Note: This goes double for me. I don't mean to offend, but flat text often does when I don't mean it to. Keep in mind that I love this board and its subject. I'm not above apologizing in public if I'm wrong. I will even try to keep your name out of it.

4. Have fun and feel free to pm me with questions and concerns.
