HD Composite to firwire converter

Does anyone know if they make a HD Composite to firwire converter? and if they do. Do they make one that is Affordable

HD Composite? That's something I'm not familiar with...Composite is SD only... Maybe explain your situation a little more and we can come up with something.

Yeah, if HD Composite existed, I could see such a device existing, and I bet Gefen or Aja would make it. But Composite is not HD, only 525 lines, by definition.

Tell more about what you want to plug to what.

There were a couple that were sd composite to firewire. SDI or Component to Firewire is possible I guess, but I think it would have to be the HDV codec.

What are you trying to do and what equipment are you using?
