 Good HD camcorder Hi all, I am looking for a good hd camera that I could use at my church. I would actually install three of them around the sanctuary. We have many lights and many off the end spectrum colors such as purple and blue from our intelligent lights so I need the color reproduction to be excellent. Probably looking for cameras in the $1,000-$3,000 range. Have any suggestions/ experience. Thanks!   |

| Hey Jacob, What will the cameras job be? (IMAG, in house production, local broadcast) Are you planning to switch the cameras live or in post? I personally own the panasonic HMC150. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...Camcorder.html Which is a great little camera. It has 3 1/3 inch ccds and records to SD card. It also has built in and user definable color profiles. Its little brother the HMC40 http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...Camcorder.html might also be a good option for you it is less expensive although it only has 3 1/4 inch ccds so its low light performance is not as good. |
