| That's the upside to having a small church. They can talk and plan and whatnot, all three of them, whenever they want to. Their offices are all within earshot of each other, so it's very informal and ad-hoc. The rest of us on staff have real day jobs, so we're not there when the pastor has the bright idea on Thursday to do this or that in his sermon on Sunday. It's an uphill battle. |

| Ouch. Yeah, that sucks. My church has always had formal staff meetings, they think it is good for team building (of course there are 8 full time staff and 4 interns). That sucks for you. Mike
