Free Program?

One of my jobs includes working for a radio news team in the area. We are in need of some free photo software that will crop graphics down to 320x240. (Hopefully something easy, because many of our staff are not so computer literate.) Does anyone have recommendations on a program, or places to look?

Thanks!
Ben

You didn't say, so for the future (if this isn't you), on a Mac, you can set up an automator action to resize any image to that size for you (just started doing this for my blog). I'm happy to send the script if anyone wants it.

My vote goes to www.picnik.com
REALLY simple and easy to use.

www.aviary.com is more complex... and more powerful.

I don't think it's free for the OP. Bill

I think Paint.net would fit the bill nicely.

Thanks!

Thanks for all the help! Picnik.com is what I ended up using. I didn't have to register to use it and it resized and cropped easily -- if only it opened pdf files too!

BTW, the online programs were better for this circumstance...because of the way they operate our network, it can be a problem to install programs on all our computers.

Thanks again!

Ben
