Christmas star tutorial?

I have spent the last 2 days looking for a Christmas star tutorial, and haven't found one. You know, one of those stars that has the longer tail -- just a really nice Christmas star that I could add to one of my earth pics. Does anyone know where I could look?

I've got a star brush, but it's the wrong star. The kind I want to do is like that one in the corner of this pic.

Have you tried going into Illustrator & using the star tool there. You could use the direct select tool & move the bottom point down.

Thanks! I got that tutorial from MOP. I'm trying to work off it right now. I think it's just a matter of less sparkle and more and strategically placed blur. I think. Still working on it . . . . . .
