Photoshop and pre-defined shapes library

Okay I now this is probably a really basic, stupid question but since that's my level of Photoshop currently it fits!

Does Photoshop have a pre-defined library of shapes similar to MS Photodraw? I'm talking about arrows, circles, callouts, etc. I haven't been able to find one if there is and if there isn't is there one out there that's free to download?

In the tools palette, click the shape tool (could be a square or circle or line or whatever you did last) or hit the U key. You can right click on it on the tool palette to find the custom shape tool (it looks like a blob, you can also click it in the top bar once you press U). Once you've got that selected, look in the top bar for where it says "Shape:" click that to see more shapes. To make sure you have all the defaults loaded, click the right arrow in the drop-down menu and select "All".

Those are custom shapes. Search for PS custom shapes and you should find lots. There is a whole section on Adobe Exchange for them.
