| New logo design help mcclogo5.png So we're designing a new logo. This is the distance I've taken it so far, but it seems to be missing something. Seems a little dull, not to mention when it is reduced in size, the smaller black lettering against the blue do not contrast well. Any suggestions?   |

| Are you set on just using the initials MCC? It looks a little too cold and business like. Is there image or theme that symbolizes the church's mission? Would you classify services as traditional or contemporary? Is there any particular architecture or landscape associated with the church?

| We are a contemporary church who's main focus is outreach. We don't really have anything architectural as we devote most of our money to outreach programs rather than our buildings. The MCC is very necessary in some form or fashion. We push being called MCC, yet we want it to actually say Madison Community Church as well for those who may not know MCC. |

| Maybe there is something in Madison, KY that could be incorporated to help build the community feel. e.g. Here in Madison, WI, we could use the capitol building or the lakes.

| Thanks for the help guys. We should probably avoid our hometown notoriety (Richmond, KY). The Bluegrass Army Depot is what everyone knows Madison County for. Its a huge military chemical stockpile. Although I'll gladly applaud anyone who can incorporate a chemical warhead in the logo and still give it that community feel.  |

| The big push for a new logo is we're just in a season of change at the moment. We had a large changing of the guard in some staff positions, we're creating a new website that should be finished in about a week or two, etc etc. Here is our site we are building. A lot of pictures throughout are just placeholders. Anyway, this test site should be viewable for another week or so before we move over to the main domain. mcc11test22 (dot) com |
