| Help with VBS logo for T-shirts This year we are working on our Vacation Bible School, and this logo we are wanting to make a 2 layer screen for the shirts. We are wanting something like the picture attached on the front of the shirts, but making the up and the house and balloons different colors with blue and red outlining. Could anybody help me with this? Thanks! |

Be aware that the following features will increase the per-shirt cost, and some of these may be impossible: - Multi-color printing. A silkscreen and seperate print run/drying are required for each color up to a maximum of 5 (4 on a white shirt) required for inkjet-style printing of full-color graphics. - Color or very high-contrast graphics on shirts other than white. Most printers will lay down a layer of white underneath the final color (or two layers of white to make sure the color stays true. Many but not all printers will just spread this extra cost around so you don't see an upcharge. - Two-sided printing. A print run per color per side, with drying storage after each run, is required. - Full-area graphics. Most printers have no problem with images up to 13" square; beyond that requires multiple runs & screens or specialist equipment. - Getting closer than 2" to a seam. Wrap-around designs and graphics very close to the neckline require specialized printing equipment. - Metallic colors. They're not very durable either, as the metallic glitter will stretch, shrink, and eventually cause the ink to flake off. Consider "athletic" versions of metallic colors, like "athletic gold". - Sizes other than S/M/L/XL. Most also have youth sizes at standard prices, but "specialized" sizes like "tall" versions (LT, XLT), or XXL and larger, cost more because of higher manufacturing costs (uncommon, more material, etc) which get passed all the way down the line. |

| Just a note... While I am NOT an attorney, I would advise you against using any image for your vbs logo that could be construed as infringing on anything created by the Walt Disney Company and Pixar. They tend to be VERY protective of their licenses and images.
