Need font with drop shadow

Any suggestions for a font with a built in shadow that works well with song lyrics over a background that varies from light to dark? I would like something a bit nicer than just Arial with a drop shadow. We work in Sunday Plus.

Can't you set SP to do a drop shadow of any font?

Unfortunately, any drop shadow built into a font will be drawn in the same color as the rest of the text. Normal fonts are a single color. If Sunday Plus supports it, I find that a black outline around the text helps with readability more than a drop shadow.

I'm new to Sunday Plus, but I've found that it has a built-in shadow in the text editor under "Format", "Shadow", check the shadow on and slide the horizontal and vertical tabs, select the background color you wish and check "okay." It seems to work with any font.

Yes, SP does have the ability to have a text outline (Prefs -> Movie and Image [or whatever it's called] should do it). It helps quite a bit on most everything, and including the shadow like Ellen56 mentioned should help as well.

Mmm, fonts don't have alpha or color channels, therefore can't have true shadows in them. At best, a font with a shadow in it would look tacky. Much better to achieve the same effect with (insert favorite lyrics software here).
