| Any ideas on how to make it look more. . . .professional? A little more integrated? Right now, to me, it just looks like parts of totally different pictures cobbled together. I was hoping for more cohesiveness, more harmony. I did take out the bottom picture (the one of the city of Bethlehem. . . . you just couldn't tell what it was). |

| Yeah, still very odd..... I would make the music cover the entire slide (top to bottom and left to right), drop the wise men and city (they will get lost), drop the angel and then just keep the star and nativity. Star on the top left and Nativity on the bottom right would look good. MIke

| I would slide both pictures further to the edges and use black and gray on the pattern instead of purple and orange. I think it looks fine. When it comes to backgrounds for text, simple is better. Mike

| Ok, so I have couple of backgrounds that I will submit to pastor for approval. Now, for a "filler" background -- a picture only background for the times where he won't want the words up on the screen, I was thinking about either taking just the red/blue/gold background and filling it with a montage of the same pictures I had on the side (in the original, too busy background), *or* to do the same with the background of the parchment/music. Would that still be too busy? There would not be words up at that time. Something like this (the bottom part of the page will not show on screen): |
