Thanks everyone, looks like they are going with this one...
now onto all the signs, if you have any wisdom on designing signs I would appreciate it. I have to do three for the property.
Mostly I am doing the layout.

First and foremost, call the company doing the sign(s) and ask them how they want it sent to them. Don't be surprised when they say VECTOR IMAGE to you.
