I don't know if I would like a cloud based system, it puts too much outside your control, like what happens if just before the service your internet service goes out. Now you have no access to the cloud, which means you have nothing except everyone blaming you for the fact they have to use the hymn books. People understand power failures, but even there, a couple of UPS units can keep the computer and projector running.
