Support for Multiple Screens

Looking for recommendations for a Worship Package that will support 2 or more independent screens? ProPresenter looks like the ticket, but I'm not sure we want to invest in Macs.

You mean 2 up front with possibly separate content? ProPresenter is the best choice I've heard of.

That's what I thought.
Actually, I think they are looking at 3 up front with separate content, and PP seems to be the only way to go there.

Good Afternoon,

Song Show Plus can do what you are asking. If you purchase the matrox triple head 2 go card or dual head 2 go card you can run separate videos or images on each screen via the slide show builder. The slide show builder is a program which is seamless and part of SSP but runs independently. If you download an eval you can access the builder within SSP or independently under your start/all programs/song show plus directory.

All you do is build a slide show and create 2 or 3 text boxes on your slide and adjust the margins for each box. What I would recommend is to create a custom slide template for your future slideshow with margins adjusted for each text box. You could then just add any media or a live video feed for the text boxes.

Sky is the limit with custom watermarks, on the fly video editing or layering of media. I hope the info helps. I am glad to assist you anytime and answer questions. FYI--You will need a powerful Nvidia video card and several gigs of memory in the system. Take Care & God Bless

We do it with Words of Worship:

The first screen is configured with navy blue background, yellow text, full screen.
The second screen is configured with a black background (which is then keyed using a hardware mixer), lower thirds text display.

No fancy background graphics that other packages support, but rock solid and doesn't cost a fortune. The hardware requirements are also very straightforward (each screen is a Windows monitor output).

Honestly, SSP can kinda do it and only in a preplanned setting. In a dynamic environment, I really don't think it would work well.
