I've sort of made it my policy not to spend money on fonts. There are too many out there available for free and if I need a specific one that's only available by paying several hundred dollars I just substitute the closest thing. It's just not in our budget to spend money on fonts.

We use Triplex bold almost exclusively...we like it a lot, it's very readable but still has a little design to it.

I use Tacoma also. When I want to have sometime a little different, I have found Bible Script to be surprisingly readable for a somewhat fancy font. (Well, with that name, it's gotta be good!)

looking for a good font

I use sunday plus and am in the process of looking for a font that outlines the letters in black and leaves the inner color white or what I choose. Everything I find with an outline to it leaves the middle transparent. I was at a service of another church and they used all white lettering with a black outline and it looked good on anything. If anyone has a suggestion I am all ears.

Thanks

Jason

Jason, why not use white lettering and just have your software add the outline in black?

You're not going to find a font that does this in presentation software.

Hi Debc, for some reason sunday+ does not have the capability to add outline. I read somewhere that it automaticly does it for video loops but I don't see it. I will check out Triplex Bold thanks mike

I just use what seems to go with whatever is being presented. Tahoma and Eras Demi are great fonts...

Since 2 months we use Calibri. It has like a Web 2.0 style, that's why I love it.
