Which Worship Software Do You WISH You Could Use?

If you could have the presentation software of your choice (including the one you currently use), which would it be?

I would love to use Pro presenter if there was a Windows version.

We used SongShowPlus and loved it (especially the BackgroundImprov feature, changing the background video on the fly was great). Then the trial expired. Due to no funds we are back to Easislides.

Love it to bits, Always get comments on "How did you do that!" at events.

SundayPlus 3. We're great fans of SundayPlus but have been eagerly awaiting its long-promised but never-delivered major update. I'm starting to look at other programs.

Just something interesting I just notices. If you compare the results of this pole to the results of the "What worship software are you using," the results are pretty much the same. Song show plus winning, followed closly by media shout, then Easyworship. The big exception here is ProPresenter. It seems hardly anyone is using it, but heaps of people want to be using it. Any thought on why that is?

Well it's still a little early to be touting results, but I'd say lots of people like the mac platform and it's ease of use. The problem is that convincing a church that is full of PC's and PC users it takes not only a change of worship software but a change of culture to convince them to switch to a new computer platform just for the worship software.

Yeah your right there, just thought it point out a wee anomaly that has appeared in the results so far.

I think a money thing may be an issue too. I think i'd have a difficult time trying to convince the powers at be to buy an iMac, let alone a mac pro. But in terms of features its the winner in my books.

Then again, if we are talking preferred worship software, I wouldn't mind a dekko or insriber, provided I could get a competant operator too!

I've used it!

One time, way back when, we couldn't transfer the PPT file from the computer it was stored onto the projection box.

I actually spent the service googling for song lyrics and copy & pasting them into notepad on-the-fly. Pretty crazy.

Once they changed one of the songs in the middle of youth worship. I quickly googled the lyrics and copied it into notepad and scrolled up and down. Never want to do it again.

I answered SongShow Plus. I am currently using ProPresenter and Keynote on a Mac. I absolutely love it and it is awesome but I miss being able to do everything in one application and not having to switch back and forth between programs. SongShow Plus is just so packed full of features. I love being able to customize everything. The only condition is that I would have to have the PC of my dreams before switching. I worked with SSP at my former church on a PC that needed to be upgraded/replaced and I don't want to go through that again.
