iPhoto in MediaShout

We have a guest coming to speak who is working on a slideshow in iPhoto. He was thoughtful enough to ask if it would work with our system, and I don't know.

Can anyone tell me if MediaShout will run this, or offer any suggestions on what he or I can do to make it work.
Thanks.

well he can do 2 things...

He can export his slides out of iphoto into jpeg for you

He can export his slides in a slidshow as a quicktime or flash movie and you can play that...

iphoto is mac only, so there is only so much you can do....

My comment would be: if he has transitions, music, Ken Burn's effects, or other such things, then you would want him to export out as a movie. If he wants simple stills, export out as jpegs.

If he needs help doing one of these, just ask, I can write up a detailed how-to... however, the program is simple, so he shouldn't need help.

Just a wee point - make sure you get him to do a short test movie first and send it to you early - that way you can try it out and prevent any last minute hassles.

Thank you all for the good advice. As things turned out our guest had multiple flight problems and wasn't able to make it in for Sunday. I am prepared for whenever he reschedules.
