Autoresponder

To start I need to explain what inputs I am attempting to build this autoresponder from:
I am using a form on our WordPress site I am building with Contact Form 7 (being designed and tested at http://justinvan.com/wordpress/?page_id=47) , what this form is, is a get involved form where a person can go to this form enter in the required fields (name, email) and then select an area of ministry from a drop down menu, and then a resaon why they want to get involved. The drop down menu is what selects the correct people to email which is the heads of each ministry. What I am wanting to configure is create a general email that all of these emails will hit and then autorespond to the person that we got the email but I would like the autoresponder to use the persons name, what area of ministry they selected and have a sign off like "Thanks for your interest, (head of the ministry they chose)". I am going to host with hostgator but I don't believe it will do all this with their autoresponder. I do know I can do a gerenal one but I am curious if I can get an autoresponder plugin or something to do something more complex.

Check out Custom Contact Forms http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...contact-forms/ I find it alot more flexible and customizeable

I love a lot of the features in this contact form but one issue I am having is allowing my dropdown selection to input into the email from field. Any suggestions?
