Template

I'm looking for a website template. It will be for my Uncle's ministry. He's an author, teacher, worship leader and writes a weekly newsletter.

I manage my church's websites. I'm comfortable with tweaking templates. I've found many templates but each site seems to have predominantly the same templates recycled over and over again.

I have 1and1.com in mind for hosting. I was thinking of buying again from christiantemplatesonline.com Keeping the template cost under $60 do any of you know of a good template store?

PS In April my church will be voting on a budget for our media ministry. I'll likely be upgrading to Pro then. This forum has helped me immensely.

I was just going to recommend christiantemplatesonline but I also like some of templatemonster.com templates.
