TV TriCaster 300 & DSK

Hi, I am "considering" the NewTek TriCaster 300 for our church. We currently use a Sony PTZ to do weekly closed-circuit feeds throughout the church campus but we are seeking an upgrade. I am familiar with the older TriCaster product so I'd love to go this route. The "catch" is that we would want a DSK option so that we could livefeed content from a PC for lower thirds ie.: scripture, song/hymn lyrics etc.
Anyone aware IF the TriCaster permits for live PC generated content that would be available for lower-thirds use?

Can anyone recommend a system that would provide for the aforementioned that is user/volunteer friendly per seh?

Yes. You can use iVGA to bring your graphics in as a lower third or simply use any video connection if your video is scaled/converted and key out the upper 2/3.

If your budget allows, you should go with the TriCaster 450 because it allows 1080p (the 300 is 1080i) and has the additional video input. Also, you don't have to buy a custom rack enclosure because the it's already a standard 19" rack mount.
