couple of quick questions- on the kramer, do you know what types of inputs and outputs it has-in other words, does your pc output to it as a direct to kramer vga feed, or an s-video/composite feed... and when you send the signal from the kramer to the projector, is it sending a s-video/composite feed or a vga feed? Does the tv in the overflow room have vga/hdmi/dvi/svideo/composite inputs?

Thanks The pc inputs to it via vga. I forgot to say that we have another dvd player that inputs into the kramer via compositefeed. the signal from the the kramer to the projector is via composite feed and vga we currently connect to the overflow via bnc. i cannot totally remember but i think it has Component, composite, HDMI, S-Video, SCART and VGA. its a samsung lcd 50inch

do you know the distance for the overflow room's cable run? If I'm understanding you correctly, then the kramer is currently feeding the pc signal on to the projector? Or is the pc's feed separate from the kramer? If it's the former scenario and the overflow room is relatively close, then a simple vga distribution amp, feeding both the projector and the overflow room might be the easiest solution. Even if the Overflow is a bit further away, you might find a decent vga-rj 45 balun for the feed.... If it's the latter scenario, then you'd need to find a way to run the pc into the kramer in order to be able to switch back and forth from the pc to the camera and back again... Sometimes, the pc already has a composite or s-video feed built in, though not always... if not, you can find a descaler to down res from vga to s-video and then from there to the kramer... or, you could find a simple switcher than can handle a single vga feed and one or two s-video feeds, and put that after the kramer's output. For a hundred or so dollars more, this switcher could have keying, which would allow you to use it with the pc's output set to "overlay" the kramer's feed, allowing you to put text over the kramer's output at any time, even while the kramer is switching between cameras. That's what we do now, and once it's set up, it works beautifully. Running it is a bit more tricky than a simple a-b switcher, but only because you'll want to black out the kramer's output when you go entirely to the pc so as to avoid strange looking output from the keying (that way you never have to reset the key on the keying switcher).
